Join The District of Columbia Falcons (DC FALCONS) Now!
The majority of the DC Falcons players are District residents and these young men are looking for a second chance to dream big and stay young. They come from all walks of life and they love the fact that are able to play football again and giving back to the community who will provide 100 hours of community service to young DC residents thru mentoring, tutoring, and participating in youth sports football combines for DC youth.
FalconsEdge’s youth programs operate daily, as an after-school activity and weekends during the school year and summer!
FalconsEdge and Ward 5 youth from our ASAP program was invited to the White House to meet and do a youth service project with President Obama and University of Alabama Football Team

The DC Falcons will now play in the spring league of Atlantic Coast Football Alliance (ACFA) first game is April 11, 2010 - June 10, 2010

District of Columbia Falcons Football Team is dedicated to Giving Back. DC Falcons strives to support youth out of school programs in ways far beyond what is expected! All Players gives back 100 hours of community service to the city's youth. Falconsedge Male Task Force, Inc. (FEMTF) & The DC Falcons is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation. FEMTF graciously accepts tax-deductible grants, gifts, donations and trust funds. These funds may be designated toward: awards in donors' names, scholarships, afterschool, summer camps, mentor programs, or DC Falcon's general operations. DC Falcons also has partnerships and sponsorship opportunities available.
Mission Statement To provide leadership, support services, and safety to the international community now playing American football in Washington DC metro area.
The Need for ACFA There are more than 20 million young people in North America participating in football. Boys and girls are involved in flag, touch and tackle football, and cheerleading. Most teams are community-sponsored and run by volunteers. This currently fragmented participation needs structure and vision. ACFA Football League will fill that void!
Plans are set for 2010 ACFA Championships! Soon to be announced!
